Why am I limited to a single listing?
The Domain Showcase is only one part of this site, and is
offered as a courtesy service to visitors. Its utility would be
diminished if people were allowed to list unlimited numbers of domain
names, since the Domain Showcase would quickly become unmanageably
large. There are plenty of
other places that accept domain
name listings for free and for a fee.
Will you sell my name(s) for me? I'll pay you a generous
commission...
We're sorry, but Internet Goldrush is not in the business
of acting as an intermediary in domain name transactions.
Would you like to buy my domain name(s)?
As a rule, we do not purchase domain names off 3rd
parties.
How much do you charge to list a name in the Domain Name
Showcase?
Your listing is free... but we make no guarantees that it
will result in a sale.
I tried to get in touch with a seller
but I did not get an answer...
There are many reasons why this is possible. For
instance, did you make a serious offer to buy their name? Also, many
sellers do not notify us when they have sold their names, so the new
owners may have no idea what you are talking about.
Which names have been sold via the Domain Name Showcase?
We do not maintain specific statistics on domain name
sales. As stated above, we make no guarantees that any given name will
sell. The listings are provided as a courtesy.
What commission do you charge on sales?
Internet Goldrush does not get involved in any aspect of
the sales process. Consequently, there is no commission to pay if you
manage to sell the name you listed in the Showcase. We would be grateful
if you could let us know that the name is sold so that we can update the
Showcase accordingly.
Can I list my domain name for sale
elsewhere as well?
Sure! In fact, that's probably a good idea since it's not
clear what kind of response you're likely to get from your listing on
this site.
What happens if I submit more than one
name to you?
We will automatically list the first name on any list of
names you send us. Our one listing per person policy is very strict.
Since all entries are checked manually, we will usually catch attempts
to list more names, even at a later date.
