This site will be of interest to visitors from Japan [it is in Japanese]. Isle provides various services, from registering a .jp domain [Y41,200] through to providing a complete web site solution [Y118,000 + Y57000 per year after the first.] I reckon that the Japanese version of InterNIC is making a tidy little fortune, as they charge Y20,000 [about $180] as a "registration fee" plus Y20,000 per year [including the first] in order to issue a .jp address. Go with .com, I say!

Norfolk Island Domain Names
Interestingly different. Domain names on Norfolk Island, out of reach of most of the rules and regulations surrounding .com names -- though this freedom comes at a price. $350 + $50 a year for a domain name such as NAME.com.nf, or $1000 + $100 a year for a domain name like NAME.nf. I wonder who will buy "i.nf"?
