Writer Jeanette Winterson, author of “Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit”, filed a complaint against cybersquatter Mark Hogarth with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Hogarth ‘kidnapped’ the domain name jeanettewinterson.com, as well as the .net and .org versions. Courts gave Hogarth ten days to turn over all three extensions of the domain name.
