The online toy company, eToys.com, has been involved in lawsuits and counter lawsuits against a Swiss art company, eToy, over the domain name etoy.com, which is home to graphically questionable material. The art company said they would drop their lawsuit, but would not give eToys any control over the content or domain, nor would they move their more ‘adult’ pictures to another site.
