ICANN has nearly doubled their budget for 2004-2005, which drew fears from many Registrars, who represent the bulk of ICANN’s income and now fear that fees will be raised. Not all Registrars agree though as some think that the increased budget could help out in the lawsuit against VeriSign and increase enforcement.
