The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) will hold its first annual meeting today, hoping to deal with some of the issues that have been drawing fire from the various companies and organizations involved in the domain naming process. First and foremost on their agenda is a discussion on how to fund the group, which has been financially strapped since their conception.
