Bruce Perens, an open-source advocate, is requesting owners of undeveloped, parked domains to redirect their traffic to OpenSourceParking.com, a popular open-source web server software site. The move has to do with Registrars moving their domains to IIS on Microsoft Server. Perens says that the OpenSourceParking.com site will always run on Apache.
