.Biz Registry has been forced to change the way they hand out popular domains. Last year, thousands of generic .biz domains were frozen after a lawsuit alleged that the company handed out the domains in an illegal lottery. All who applied for the frozen domains had their fees refunded and had to fill out another application for the domain.
