American Standard Wins Trademark Infringement Case

In a recent court battle, the judge sided with American Standard and ruled that the company take the domain americanstandard.com. The name had been registered by Dennis Toppen for $100, but the company saw the move as trademark infringement. In addition to americanstandard.com, Toppen also registered aircanada.com, allsteel.com, deltaairlines.com, eddiebauer.com, and neiman-marcus.com.
