Three different civil liberties groups are urging the Kentucky Court of Appeals to return the 141 gambling domain names that were seized by Kentucky officials. The names were seized by officials cracking down on gambling sites claiming they violated Kentucky anti-gambling laws. “The Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Center for Democracy and Technology, and the American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky warned that the seizure of 141 domain names in September would wreak havoc on the internet if allowed to stand.”
