Georgia Internet Law Sparks Debate

April 19, 1996 in News

A new bill signed into law by Georgia Governor Zell Miller has sparked debates throughout the online community. New services that offer vanity email addresses have exploded in popularity, but Georgia residents that use these new services are breaking state laws.
