The National Arbitration Forum said that they handled 1,658 trademark disputes in 2006, the largest in history of their domain dispute program, and that 21% of those cases were resolved. Overall, the NAF has handled more than 7,600 domain trademark disputes. Even outside of the NAF, domain trademark disputes are popping up in record numbers.
