Nick Koustas is a real estate agent with a twist; he rents out domain names to companies who are willing to pay big bucks to use the names for a set period of time, not unlike a traditional real estate lease. Koustas, a domainer who buys and sells domains, recently signed a deal with Xpays to lease his domain smut.com for the next 20 years.
