Three more Registrars have been sent termination notices by ICANN for non-payment of past due accreditation fees. According to ICANN, each Registrar owes between $7,000 – $13,500 in fees. This is not the first group of Registrars to be de-accredited this year for non-payment of fees. In May, two Registrars were de-accredited for violations and in April, four Registrars were “put on notice”.
The three Registrars, Abansys & Hstytec, S.L., NameHouse, Inc., and Gee Whiz Domains, Inc. have apparently been out of business for quite some time though as records show that not one of these Registrars currently have domain names registered to their companies.
